A Woman of Substance

Renu strongly believes that quality education and skill training is a very pragmatic solution to most of the prevalent socio-economic challenges before society. She started her NGO - USD Consortium, which is dedicated to the cause of women empowerment by providing them with ample opportunities to live their lives with dignity by being economically independent and even being financial contributors in their families.

I am Renu Bajpai, a diligent mother of two children - Aditi, aged 14years and Aditya, who is 11 years. I am a social entrepreneur, a management graduate, a trainer, motivational coach and a strong advocate of women empowerment. I believe strongly that quality education and skill training is a very pragmatic solution to most of the prevalent socio-economic challenges before our society.

I started my NGO (www.usdconsortium.com) more than 3 years back and am dedicated to the cause of Women Empowerment by providing them with ample opportunities to live their lives with dignity by being economically independent and, perhaps, being even financial contributors in their families.

Being the president of USD consortium, I can say with full authority that we are very sincerely working for providing quality education and training to all sections of society on one hand and working consistently for upgrading the standard of living of women in my area, for the last many years.

We have recently received the award for Non Govt. Sector Initiative in Education in Global Education Summit-2017, and also Maa Krishna Shakti Samman 2017 for contributions in Women Empowerment.

We are proud members of Quality Council of India (QCI) for the past three years, training partners of NSDA, and life time members of Confederation of Women Entrepreneurs (COWE).

This year, apart from various other activities , our focus is on educating women on various financial aspects, beginning from understanding banking operations to getting loans for women entrepreneurs on easy installments from the various woman friendly govt. schemes.
