A mother of two wonderful teenage sons, Aditya and Kartikeya, a Leo by birth, I reveal the characteristics of this zodiac - an outgoing personality with ethics and integrity, sporty by nature, a fun loving person. I love to network and live by my motto of ‘Dream, Dare and follow your Passion’.

I am an MBA with 18 years of work experience in companies like Modi Revlon, Reliance Communications and The Times of India. I have also had exposure to telecom, media and FMCG sectors in marketing, sales and customer care segments.

Having excellent interpersonal and networking skills, I have dealt with a multinational workforce and also established rapport with the government, industries, banks, consultants and the media. I possess excellent skills in communication, relationship management and team building with dexterity in mentoring and managing teams.

In 2008, I started my own entrepreneurial venture, Radiance Corporate Solutions that provides services in the fields of recruitment, training & development, education and Business Process Outsourcing. The journey from a startup to a growing company in a span of 8 years has been really exciting and challenging.

I have had experience at conducting research studies at CARE– carried out study of core issues for the effect of Kasturba Gandhi Colleges in two development blocks of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. I am actively engaged in executive training and consulting and have a fair amount of experience in interacting with senior executives of companies. I was Vocational Training Provider with the Govt. of India. I completed a course on Women Entrepreneurs conducted by ISB, Hyderabad & Goldman Sach’s.

By being a member of TIE UP, NHRD and being actively involved with NGOs like Lions Club International, WILL Forum, FICCI FLO, COWE, MAWE and Inner Wheel, I show my commitment to social work.

I have created a platform for startups / entrepreneurs which is called ‘Club CafeBiz’. It is a virtual platform wherein all startups from varied fields come and interact. CafeBiz, is a one stop place for startups as they move to metros for pitches, mentoring and fundings. I am developing a network wherein the startups from Tier two or Tier three don’t have to go to metros for all this. This platform is just 5 months old and we have around 90 startups on the platform. We help them, promote them and support them. We are working very hard to make this a sustainable model.

CafeBiz activities so far include:
